After being involved in a serious car accident that left visible facial scars, I experienced firsthand how closely confidence and skincare can be connected. What started as a personal search for products that would help me feel comfortable in my own skin became a lifelong interest in cosmetic ingredients, skincare, and the science behind healthy-looking skin.

During that journey, I spent time with my maternal grandmother, whose appreciation for natural ingredients and traditional beauty practices left a lasting impression on me. She shared her knowledge of botanical oils, plant-based remedies, and the importance of caring for your skin with simple, thoughtfully chosen ingredients. Those conversations sparked a passion that continues to influence Lori G Ashley® today.
