30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused.
The product must be unopened.
The original safety seal (if applicable) must remain intact.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The item must be in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns that have been opened, used, tampered with, or altered.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance. Lori G Ashley® USA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow:
3–5 business days for inspection
5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and sanitation reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards

Products marked "Non-Returnable"
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect product was shipped.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return under this Return Policy after delivery if the item is eligible.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may be subject to:

Refunds will be issued only after the returned package has been received and inspected.
Refund Exceptions

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our shipping error or a verified product defect.

Lori G Ashley® USA reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds when fraudulent activity, abuse of our return policy, excessive returns, or suspected misuse is identified.
