Ingredients:

  1. Activated Charcoal (for color): 1/2 teaspoon

  2. Bentonite Clay: 1/2 teaspoon (for texture and water resistance)

  3. Aloe Vera Gel: 1/2 teaspoon (for smooth application and some water resistance)

  4. Jojoba Oil: 1/4 teaspoon (for a glossy finish)

  5. Clean eyeliner pot or container

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Eyeliner Container:

    • Clean and sterilize a small eyeliner pot or container thoroughly. Make sure it's airtight to prevent drying.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • In a small bowl, mix the activated charcoal and bentonite clay together. These ingredients will provide color and texture.

  3. Add Wet Ingredients:

    • Add the aloe vera gel and jojoba oil to the dry mixture. Stir well to create a smooth and consistent paste.

  4. Adjust Consistency:

    • If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more aloe vera gel or jojoba oil. If it's too thin, add more bentonite clay. Adjust until you achieve the desired consistency.

  5. Transfer to Eyeliner Container:

    • Carefully transfer the mixture into the clean eyeliner container. Use a small spatula or spoon for precision.

  6. Testing:

    • Before applying it to your eyes, test a small amount on your wrist to check for any adverse reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

  7. Application:

    • Use an angled eyeliner brush to apply the vegan waterproof eyeliner to your eyes. Adjust the thickness and shape according to your preference.

Note: This homemade eyeliner may provide some water resistance but may not be as effective as commercial waterproof eyeliners. Always be cautious when applying anything near your eyes, and if you have sensitive eyes or experience irritation, remove the eyeliner immediately and consult with a healthcare professional. Store the eyeliner in a cool, dry place to prevent it from drying out.
